Maddy went to some of the therapy sessions and she finally broke down. I was so not knowing what to do so I just rocked her and let her cry and tell me everything. She's just so torn up that there's nothing she can do to help sometimes, and I told her I knew how that was. Um, yeah, worried seems like a mild term right now. Maddy is starting to get into scary icy territory on the feelings. I don't know what to do or say, pretty much anything I pick is the wrong thing. Oh god Maddy was shot. Some dumb kid with a gun and Maddy goes charging in there playing hero and gets shot. She's so incredibly lucky it was only her leg.
