So I started another job last week on the 24th.   I work at the Shoppers Drug Mart as a cashier in North Hill mall.  So far so good even if it's only part time at the moment.  I've had day shifts up until today which they scheduled me for a short evening shift.  Seems a little odd to me but I figured if I'm gonna be working part time in a drug ( Read more... )

The past week has gone by too fast.  Beltaine went pretty good, it was nice to not be alone at an event for once.  Karma was on our side, when the 23 was still there at Chinook 5 minutes after it was suppose to leave.  A mad dash across the parking lot was all we needed.  And I've never experienced an archery tournament like the one we shot before ( Read more... )

So I found out on Tuesday that I'll be unemployed after Monday.  The kiosk got shut down unexpectedly, as in they found out Monday they had until Wednesday to be out.  So I was sent to work at Northland on Tuesday when the District Manager comes into the store with the manager of the Market Mall store.  She motions for me to come to the stock room ( Read more... )

I've been borrowed from my home store at Northland to work at the Unic Kiosk in Market Mall for the rest of the month.  It's shutting down at the end of the month and they needed someone to close.  So I'll be working closing shifts till the 30th.  Though I've got mostly Monday and Fridays off.  The Fridays off will be nice because I'll at least be ( Read more... )
