I note:
- I have double oven envy (or rather, my wife would)
- Apple trees!
- There seems to be ample space - how is the basement? Space for reloading, etc?
- Could they have stuck a few more satellite dishes on that pole.. and there's a roof antenna too.

Actually not a double oven - it's a regular oven over one big-ass broiler/warmer.

Basement is a cellar. There's a small workshop addition down there that Other Half has claimed for her gardening stuff. I claimed the third bay of the garage for my own purposes.
