Body Comp tests basically just measure what you do have... not how much of it. So I have to have 100 percent of muscle and fat combined no matter what.... the test just measured which one i have more of. The reason mine in the 20's is because my arms don't have many muscles in them so all the excess skin is counted as fat, bringing up my entire number.
Based on the scale 16-23% is "low" amount body fat above 23% is "mid" range. Once you start getting below 16% you have the hard core athletes and tiny people. Male body builders still would probably have about 8% body fat.
To be acceptable health wise, girls shouldn't go below 12% and guys below 5%.
Although you didn't want to know all of that...lol. I found all of this pretty interesting though.
Steve's would probably be significantly less than mine because he's purely skin :-).
...and what can i say? I have a passion for carbohydrates and sweets. :-)
By the way, i made a bunch of us on the sims and your one is cool! He does magic...er...well he will, once i teach him some spells anyway. Ian is the housewife. lol.
A friend of mine on the wrestling team was at 3%. I was around 12% in those days...I'm prolly sitting around 15 now. You are fine %wise, but you're WEAK :) :) :) -------> time to hit the weights!!!!!
