For a while now, whenever I moved to a new place, I would find a Screaming Place (while I had indeed heard the song "Shout", when this tradition started I wasn't aware of Primal Scream therapy) and a High Place.

The first of these two were actually combined in the form of Bridal Veil Falls in Chilliwack. A friend of mine would drive me out that way ( Read more... )

If you can find a good place, it can be quite good for the soul. If anyone is with you (which will tend to be the case for us car-less folks), make sure they are aware of what's going on - one time I scared the be-jezzus out of someone when they didn't realize quite how loud I'm capable of being.
