Alright, I'm going to try this working out thing again... see if I can actually keep it up for once.
Since hearing about someone else's attempts to get healthy border on the extremely boring, I'll make sure to keep the details behind a cut from here on out.

Time: 25 min (includes 5min cooldown)
Maximum Speed: 8.05 kph
Heartrate: didn't pay close attention, just know that I got up to at least 172 for a while
I know I've seen running challenges based around fictional distances (500 miles from Hobbiton to Rivendell, that sort of thing). I'd kinda like to do something like that, I just need to find an appropriate distance to work with.
