I have been going to the gym over the last two weeks, just haven't figured out how to track it in the form I've been using so far. The cycling classes are awesome, but the bikes don't have odometers, so I'm not sure what the distance would be to add to my 'trek'.
I've also been lifting weights, which again doesn't really translate well.
for now:
3 cycling workouts (Apr19, 26 and 28)
2 weight training days (Apr27 and 30)
