Made it to the gym four days last week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri)
Friday was a bit of a truncated workout, because I really, really did not want to go.
But I did end up running for 20 minutes, so that's something at least.

I think I'm giving up on the travel tracking, just because it doesn't fit into what I'm actually doing any more and it was quickly turning into the kind of work I have no interest in doing.  I'd rather just go to the gym, excercise... and see the results on the scale/with how I feel.

... which reminds me of a joke:

Miserable guy jumps of the side of a building.  
On the way down, he starts to scream, "I've never finished anything in my liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii..."
*SLAM*
Gets hit by a bus before hitting the ground.
