Whats up?! Anthology Report and Etsy.

Well, I've been sick for a bit... missed some work.  blerg.  
But.. many many things are still going down.

The Anthology is OUT!!
I got my contributors copy actually last week.  it is a large paperback - about 400 pages.  I was excited but it took me an age to read it - a day or more.  I'm not sure why.   It just didn't feel quite real.  There were

Oh cool! I have heard of Etsy, somewhere in the back of my brain, but for some reason I guess I assumed it was a person. Very cool! Good luck with it! You're making me feel all entrepreneurial but I have no idea what I could do that's marketable.

its a great place to shop for unusual handmade things. I'm not sure where the name came from.

but.... you knit! though knitting isn't easy - not for me at all! You are a creative person - doing ever so many cool things - you'll just need to see what you can do in the limited "spare time" you have. I'm sure you could do something with the sculptures you've made.

I guess the anthology's been out since December down in the States, so I'll have to pick up a copy. Congrats! It's a very cool feeling to open a book and see your name in it, isn't it? :D

it is actually out... on amazon, just look for "Desolate Places" and you can find it. How goes your writing these days?
I've been busy writing and making the jewelry like a maniac. sigh.

It's a fight actually - to write. I have so many competing people in my life wanting me to do this or that, I almost feel like my writing is regulated to doing drugs or having an affair. The good news is that I have dropped playing any video games, most of my photography and other activities. Outside of learning Mandarin, my only work outside of "work" is writing.

My current plan is to have no less than five really good stories to submit by the end of the year, which I'm on schedule to have done. It's rough though without having any support on the matter though.
