I am a caged animal. A cage I have been in for so long that I no longer see the bars. People say I can leave whenever I want, but I don't think I could, not on my own. I have been out of the wild for so long that I would no longer know how to survive on the outside. No matter how much it saddens me, no matter how much I wish I could, I am too

Very interesting, are you in a writing mood again? It seems a great beginning to a story, with sharp stabs of truth in it also.

it was one of those introspective analogies. nothing more. I still occasionally come up ith story ideas but I haven't had the motivation to write.
