When pushing ones self, one must ask the following guestion, "How much is too much?" But is there really an answer to that question? Is it when you start to feel a burning sensation across your entire body as you tear your muscles apart. Is it when you muscles begin to atrophy as they fail and cramp up. As one pushes further, is it when the legs go limp and can no longer support your body weight, or when you wouldn't even be able to lift your arms above your head? How much is too much? It seems like such a simple question, and there is only one answer that I could give, "Too much is never the same amount twice, it is a purely relative thing based on your attitude, emotions, drive, and perhaps most important of all... your will."
