I finally got around to calling Apple about my computer. I was on the phone with support for over an hour as he walked me what to do. I guess it was doing stuff he had never heard of a mac doing before. Anyways, my hard drive is completely shot... gone. I have to send it in to get an entirely new hard drive. At least hopefully they'll put
