[Normally, Lelouch is an extremely calm and collected individual, able to handle most things thrown at him without thinking twice about his course of action. He had always been like that, from an early age he took the bull by the horns and never looked back - he was never one to plan ahead, never one to handle things until his life depended on it

C.C.'s missing? [She's not exactly asking him - that question had already been answered. But it was hard to believe, all the same.]
I haven't heard from her, but I'll try calling her too. Don't worry about me - I'm at home now. Just try to find C.C., okay?

[Lelouch looks down at the Dreamberry screen at the concern on his sister's face. He wanted to avoid having her worry, (he never wants to cause undue stress on his beloved sister), but he felt that a public broadcast was the most efficient way to acquire any information.
With a sigh, his eyes move away from the Dreamberry and focus on something else in the room, something that wasn't his sister's face.]
I worry about you all the time. After everything you and I have been through, how could I go one second without worrying about you? [He hesitates] I just don't know what to think about this... I've come up with at least one dozen scenarios, each of them less than desirable, as to why she hasn't contacted me within the past six hours.

[She frowns, her fingers wrapping tighter around the Dreamberry.
She shouldn't be surprised at what he said. She worries about him also, always had.]
But I'm safe, Lelouch. [She honestly believes that.] Besides, shouldn't I be the one to be worried about you, if you go looking for her?
[She knows it won't stop him from worrying, but it was worth a try anyway.]
I hope you find out what happened.

[He looks back at the Dreamberry, at his sister's innocent face.]
Don't leave the house, Nunnally. I want you to stay here and keep the doors locked. I don't want anything to happen to you, either.

[Now even without him saying this, she would've done it anyway. C.C. being missing shook her up more than she was letting on, after all.]
I will. I won't open the door to anyone unless I know them until you get back.

[And he doesn't want to think about anything happening to Nunnally. That's out of the question, something that he would carry with him always and likely never forgive himself for being so careless.
He sighs, shaking his head, trying to rid himself of that image.]
I'll be home soon, Nunnally. I love you.

[It made sense, in a way. She would do what he asked this time, because she doesn't want to create extra worry for him. Nunnally didn't like thinking it could be one of her friends, but...]
I'll be waiting. I love you too, big brother.
