well i start at toyota tomorrow its going to weird starting at a new place, i work at sides & son's for awhile i should of found a job doing roofing. io will be making 6 something an hour

I personaly set my goals high, I'm a hard worker, and I do infact deserve more for my work, but I suppose I can't really 'bitch' because I'm am a lot better off than most people. However if you think about it, every single person shapes their own life, anyone could have a good well paying job it just depends on how bad you want it and what you are willing to do to get it. If you're some bum who is all tied up in playing veido games going to parties, and acting like a kid at the age of 20 something don't except people to repect you and give you a job that pays well. (Not saying that's what you do now because I really don't hang out with, just judging from the past.) I don't think $6 an hour is fair, I think you deserve more, but in business, it's all in your attitude. First impressions are lasting. I wasn't there, I don't know how things went, even with George being cheap, seems like you didn't impress him much. Not trying to offend you, I'm sure you don't care anyway I'm just saying how it is.

I can't believe he started you off that low, just show him your worth more than that. George is a cheap ass, but once he relizes he needs you he'll do anything to keep you around. Both Jim and Mike threatened to leave, and they got raises, of course Mike's been there for like 15 years, and Jim's been there for like five or more. But I got my way when he heard a rumor that I was gonna quit. Less than 2 weeks later I was back at toyota, no more Kias for me.
