coffee [FUCK i'm out of splenda!!]

multi-vitamins
stackers3 sparingly

Just take a multivitamin! No calories that way1 :) Although sometimes they can make you nauseous on an empty stomach. If you were going to take one while on a fast I would suggest a children's chewable or the gummy bear ones. Anyways...best of luck to ya doll. love, Ocean
