If one peers closely enough through the densely populated apartment buildings of Seoul at three in the morning, they'd spot a fluorescent star in the dark sky of darkened apartments. It's logical to reason that everyone would be asleep at three, so why is there a lighted apartment?
Hunched over a computer in that very apartment at three in the morning is a mob of uncombed hair and pile of comfortable (read: holey) clothes. The only sound audible if ears are strained is the soft click clacking of the marked keys on a keyboard and an occasional whispered oh my God why must you be perfect.
Park Chanyeol is a second year student at the high school down the road and around the corner. Lives alone, he does, because his parents want to "teach him the true meaning of independence". Chanyeol's friends are kept to a minimum of his best friend and the people they have lunch with and his social circle is of diameter two centimetres, what with his awkward clumsiness and shit eating grin (which displays two neat rows of pearly whites).
Park Chanyeol, however, is also an active user of the social site Tumblr and owns the blog bbyeons. In the dead of the night he'd be at his computer, the glow of the screen illuminating his fluorescent-lighting-washed face. Chanyeol's followers add up to more than the student population at his school (which, by the way, is no small joke) and his internet clique is at least twenty times the size of his social circle, what with his excitement filled posts and SKSJNXNAKKN's on his blog that amuse and entertain his followers.
(Park Chanyeol is also the reason behind the single fluorescent flooded apartment in a sea of dark rooms.)

Byun Baekhyun is a second year transfer student at the high school two train stops away from his house. His favourite subject is Biology, so he had applied for a transfer of classes, from advanced calculus to biology. He can't wait to start his Biology classes on Monday. His social circle, very honestly, only consists of his choir friends. They're a rather stereotypical group if you ask Baekhyun, sticking together all the time.
Byun Baekhyun, however, is also the voice behind the internet vocal sensation Bbyeon. When his parents are out he'd be sitting in front of his computer, headpiece in place and mic adjusted in front of his lips. His door and windows would be closed, his phone would be off and he'd start singing. Baekhyun posts his song covers on Youtube after incorporating the mp3 file into a video of the lyrics of the song (in case anyone wants to sing along) and receives comment after comment about how good he is, how people wished they had his voice, even will you marry me’s and fuck me please’s (those amuse him the most). His twitter exceeds 190k followers and his Youtube channel easily has close to a million subscribers.
