I think Zero's behavior is a sign of his gradual acceptance that even if he wants to hate her, he's fighting a losing battle with himself. I think seeing her at the ball brought that home for him, and his calm, almost passive behavior here is part of that acceptance, perhaps even a sort of surrender to the fact that he desperately wants-- no, he needs her.
Wasn't it mentioned in the earlier chapters that pureblood vampires need to drink the blood of their loved ones? (I think there's a strong argument that Zero is pureblood level even thought he's not a true pureblood.) I think a subtle sign of trouble is the fact that Yuuki has been reluctant to feed properly. We've also definitely seen signs of trouble in Zero, his control is on edge and he's downing blood tablets like he's starving. And he is starving, because he's been denying himself what he needs, the blood of the person he loves most

Yup, pureblood vampires need the blood of the one they love to be fully satisfied (I'm not sure if it applies to normal vampires). That's why Ruka wanted Kaname to drink her blood; she wanted to be the one that satisfied his craving (Kain said this waaay at the beginning of VK). That's also why Yuuki said that she couldn't be satisfied with Kaname's blood (paraphrasing) because part of her heart still belonged to "him".
I said in another post above, that the bloodlust wasn't portrayed as something sexual or semi-violent this time, but somehow sweet, comforting, yet still sensual. Yuuki looked like she was at ease, at home as she nuzzled Zero. I haven't seen her so happy in such a long time.
I very much agree. I would think that Yuuki is the one who broke the window, not Zero. She was probably all confused and awkward and probably a little panicked. Maybe she sensed that her brother was watching and pretty much guessed he wouldn't be very happy 'bout that (sucks for you, Kaname, but us Zeki fans are begging for more XP) I do think that Zero realizes that he needs Yuuki. Or else he would've been hostile like how he'd been one year before... I always think about him saying that the next time they meet he'd kill her 'cause it was such a OMG moment but I can't help but feel it was just an empty threat after this scene... But one year is more than enough time for him to cool his head
