Thanks for all the wishing-wells. Am still annoyingly ill. I tend to get 2 bad colds a year one at spring/summer and one at summer/autumn. So I take this as a sign that summer is officially over.

Am still very much at the "For the love of god, kill me now" point - so that’s all from me for now.

Likewise I start to become more active in the winter which would explain my strange/normal (delete as applicable) sleeping hours at the moment.

If you've hit rock bottom, then there's nowhere to go but up. So you should only get better from now on. Hopefully.
