Fourth Walling; I think I'd be okay with this as long as it doesn't go overboard. :U If you're unsure, feel free to poke me about it first!
Threadjacking; Totally cool with threadjacking! For locked threads/etc, just make sure you poke me first if you want to hack it.
Action tags; I love action threads. I'm pretty sure that if there's any time action tags wouldn't be okay, I'd specify it in the post.

--- Note: Sticking in an aside about his cyborg-ness here. 004 may look human and may technically be a cyborg rather than an android, but his body is NOT flesh and blood. Any substantial physical contact, even through clothes, will reveal that his body is machinelike (hard, metallic/synthetic, no body temperature, etc).
You are more than free to notice and ICly mention his cyborg characteristics, provided they are apparent at the time (ex. his right hand) or your char has an ability to discern things like that (Soul Perception, strong sense of smell, etc). It isn't a secret that he's a cyborg, but he has personal issues with it, and so he chooses to be tight-lipped about it.
Fighting; Feel free, but punching a cyborg may or may not kinda hurt you more than it hurts him, y'know? Also, he avoids fighting when he can, but that doesn't mean he'll pull his punches.
Injuries; It would take some doing to actually injure him, but I am cool with it. Maybe let me know beforehand if you think your guy might injure mine.
Killing; I'd say no, since death is permanent in SC. If it's in a meme or something nonpermanent though, just give me a heads-up first.

Falling in Love; It could happen, but it's a pretty sore spot for him (because of the death of his fiancee), so be prepared for potential angst and/or denial should any sparks happen.
Sex; Highly unlikely.
Kissing; Go ahead, he might even get flustered. Don't expect him to reciprocate, though.
Orientation; Pretty much straight at this point, but I'm open to any possibilities should they arise. Considering his character I could see him loving someone regardless of sex or gender.
Relationships; 004 LOVES FRANDS. Well okay so he's sorta stoic and standoffish at times, but he is also very friendly and wants to be your friend okok.

Available; Generally every day, currently my sleep schedule is pretty much nonexistent so I don't have solid hours. But school is starting up next month (September) and once that happens, you're most likely to catch me spottily during the day, or in the evenings up until 10-11 pm EST. Weekends are free game.
