Well, the tiger has embarked on a whole new outlook on life. Wednesday, 29 June 2005, I got Lasik with Intralase. The raccoon watched it being done and said it qualified as "gross". They used Intralase to make the flap which means they had to use suction and my eyeball bugged out like in the movie "Total Recall", and then they used another layer

That's awesome. Congrats on the sight and the huevos to get it done. But I suppose if I were at 20/400 I would take the plunge as well. Good deal.
Personally, I no doubt need some glasses, probably due to a couple decades in front of a CRT. I've always been better than 20/20, but in the last 10 years that's going down hill. Of course, age might have something to do with it as well :)

Just a short update on that image...

I may have to end up redoing it all together, but as it is right now, i'll scan and email eventually today. The problem is, the fixative spray that I used ended up darkening the piece quite a bit from its natural colours... I personally think it looks like crap now... but before i thought it was amazing.

v.v I feel stupid for having tried to fix-spray it in the driving wind... this is what i get. And sadly for this week in Lake City I don't have extra canson with me, nor do i have the original piece...

but if/when i do scan it, i'll possibly email it to you.. so keep an eye at your gmail over the next two days

Wheeee for zee tiger :D I hope to get some sort of procedure done on me someday ^^ I like glasses but not having them would be a GREAT change x_x *hug*
