So I am still in school. Life is exciting. Our economy is getting messed up, people are losing their jobs all over the place, and I feel OBLIGATED to stay at my job and stay in school. Better to rack up debt and get an education than to go abroad and satisfy my curiosity?? I have no idea what the best idea/plan is. The saddest thing is knowing that ( Read more... )

Tally up the time you dedicate to worry and fretting and realize that it is just wasted time. There is very little that you might do that can permanently limit your opportunities. You can still serve on a mission as a senior citizen. You can teach English later in life after the kids all grow up and move away. You can travel all summer if you decide to teach (and two weeks in winter and one in spring). No one says it has to be NOW ( ... )
