I recently received a $100 gift certificate to Kaleidoscope Yarns from my awesome sister-in-law. As you can well imagine I was totally excited. that is an amazing customer service experience. if i were you.. i would write something similar, and send it to her as feedback/ testemonial.

additionally, you might share this experience in some the the crochet/knit/ fiber communities. we hear so often about people's bad experiences/ warnings about companies, i think its also important for the word to get out about good experiences, especially for small businesses who are often scraping along on such small margins. throw a little more business her way perhaps.
