In my opinion,looks great! of course,is not as weird/creepy as the SZS openings but it was to be expected(at least from me) and it does have a certain old school vibe...maybe is the song used? in any case,I think this not the entire sequence...or maybe it is? I still like it anyway xD

Okay, now I guess I can believe that it's really happening.

But I kind of can't get over it. It's like everyone went "oh, wow, look how successful SZS has been! but it's kind of difficult to keep on with that train, because it's so repetitive. I know! let's do Katteni Kaizou, which is basically the same thing, but different, and make lots more money!"

Kumeta must be so depressed about all this, and not getting an anime for it until a decade (half a decade) after it ended.

I wonder how it will be received because of the time difference.
Do you think it'll really make that much more money? o:
I mean fans are fans, but I wouldn't know.
Has Kumeta made any recent statements about it?

weeehoo, Kumeta's mostly been "why now?", and "lol". So he seems pretty OK about it. I haven't been looking for info that deeply though, perhaps someone else knows? It all seems part of this whole "let's finally give Kaizou the recognition it deserved" deal, with the whole manga being republished and all ( ... )
