LOOK! DRUNKEN IDIOTS NOT NAMED MEL GIBSON! Now, it takes an extreme amount of gumption to blame an alcohol maker when someone SHOOTS THEIR PRODUCT AROUND A BAR AND SETS FIRE TO IT. Sue the bartender, sue the idiot who sets the stuff on fire, but Bacardi? I don't think so

That's awesome! They claimed the product was "defective"?!?! IT'S ALCOHOL! It worked just like it was supposed to! Really, if I was a judge I would only allow the case to proceed if the alcohol didn't catch fire. Then we'd be talking about a defective product.
