you mean that if a test has 100 question and you answer 10 correctly you will get a score of 95???

That is broken and very _not correct_. I would place a formal complaint into your transcript/record if possible.

... is change the grading scale from 0-100 to 0-95. That's not really a big issue. The big issue to me is the idea that you have to be perfect (or thisclose to it) throughout the semester to merit an A. In all my years of going to school, I have yet to come across that. Seriously, in almost any other place, scoring a 93/95 would have gotten me an A.
