Homebrewing etrog liquor

I have discovered some super cheap methods of brewing at home. Apparently a sandwich bag and some scrunchies will work nicely as an airlock. The etrogs will be by donations and sugar and yeast are easy enough to acquire (supermarket). Now I need to find a one gallon glass container. Any suggestions? (Donators will recieve liquor) Fun bein

We make moonshine in old jelly jars and pickle jars here... maybe you should try that?
