I just read an interview of Justice Scalia.  Two passages I found noteworthy follow.

So Scalia believes that Miranda should be overturned?

And by "Miranda," I mean that part of the omnibus it has turned into that prohibits the "rubber hose treatment" found so hateful and odious by the Supreme Court.
