That was brilliant. I mean really truly brilliant. I love your writing, it's got some very interesting turns of phrase and your characterisation was absolutely fascinating.

You know how much I love this, right? I'm pretty sure I've told you. I think my favorite part was the one you just added in-with Sirius's restless fingers. The word restless seriously always makes me think of little sparrows, hopping around. They never seem to hold stil. I dunno if bird imagery was what you were going for, but it really made an impression on me-great story, as usual. Now write more; I'm suffering from the lack of new writing from you.

Oh, Sirius.
The snapshots are perfectly brief. And the Remus's sense of their being past their time is haunting. I love the idea that Sirius looks younger now.
