So.  My newspaper goes out tomorrow.

One of the criticisms made against my school when we had our accreditation review last year was that our upper-level classes didn't have enough diversity (i.e., were white and Asian).

I set out, pen behind ear and notebook in hand, with a poll and a statistics textbook in my bag, to demonstrate that differing ( Read more... )

Yeah, my day pretty much sucked too. I fell asleep while doing homework last night (darn you, anemia!), and so I flunked my physics test and didn't do my english homework. And now I'm going to be up half the night doing this completely homosexual econ project (my apologies to any homosexuals who actually care about this enough to not only read Chelsea's blog, but my reply TO her blog), and I absolutely despise econ. In fact, I think we should go back to the good old barter-grow-your-own-food-make-your-own-clothes system, just so I don't have to do this report. Anyway, I'm sorry about your day. I was coming on here to tell you to write back (my writing skills and Remus-being-mortified daily requirements are suffering), but seeing as how your day totally sucked about as much as mine, you're off the hook. Here's hoping things get better or, at least, less of a suckfest.

*hugs*

The former editorial board picks next year's editors this time each year. And yes, she made the decision all on her little lonesome, but somebody somewhere should have noticed during read-arounds that there was a basic divide between the headline and the subject of the article. *sigh* The thing is, she's a year younger than me and impossibly adorable, and therefore difficult to stay angry at.

Thanks, love, it makes me feel better to hear from you!
