Garb

Any recommendations for inexpensive garb out there? I'm looking to buy a few shirts for neo_blackwolf and don't want to spend too much on something he might rapidly grow out of (we'll probably go with tights or sweats for leggings, mass market for the win!). Let me talk to a friend of a friend... she does killer costuming for very little.

While we are talking mass market, I have found that scrub pants work even better than sweats, and they have a tendency to be even cheaper. :o)

mmm...to clarify, place to buy. I don't have the time or energy to sew something, especially since my sewing skills are limited to repairs. :)

Well, they are reeeallll easy. A couple of cuts and sew a few straight lines. But I will admit it that that assumes you can lay your hands on a sewing machine for five minutes.

Just poking around, I came across SCA Juried Merchants List which might be helpful. Or just drop by Pennsic in a month or so...
