Listening, but not watching.....

The interweb is so jammed right now, I can't VIEW the inauguration ceremony. I'm listening to it on a local radio station that's streaming it online. The teachers were given permission to show the ceremonies in their classrooms.

Its amazing how quiet the halls are right now......

I hope all the schools in the nation let students watch or listen. Jace had yesterday off. I was thinking, today would have been more appropriate.

The kids here had November 4th off because so many of the schools are polling places. I agree, they should have had the day off. The stupid thing is we have a staff development day on Friday - they should have switched the days. The staff could have taken a break to watch it on tv or online if they wished.
