I spent a great deal of time last week playing with samples at Ulta. I need to go back and get some.

WRONG! I got a chance to go to Ulta today. I was looking at the Urban Decay makeup last week. That stuff is nice, but the lime crime looks waaaaaaaaay more awesomer! (I know I said it wrong, but it needed to be said that way, heh.) I watched a tutorial on the limecrime site, and OMG! That stuff is insane! It's so pretty!

The wonderful thing about pigment shadows is you can create various looks depending on if you use it wet or dry. MAC has a few pigments, but they are mostly the "tame" shades. There is this amazing pink in the new Hello Kitty line, but LimeCrime has one fairly similar that is a lot cheaper. :)

I love all the LC stuff. Its smooth, it lasts, and the colours are just amazing.

I have to tell you though, the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion is bomb. Even the LC website recommends it.

The eyeshadow primer was the first thing I experimented with. I put it on my hand, then put black eyeshadow on. I used my hand like a palette. I had eyeliner, eyeshadow cream or powder, all over it. I put my gloves on when I went outside. It didn't take long for everything to wear off. I washed my hands a couple of times, and put hand lotion on. The only thing left standing was the eyeshadow with primer. Amazing.
