I just got approved for a home loan. >.> From two different places. One I can buy down my interest rate, the other is fixed but its an FHA loan. The FHA gives you more options down the line when it comes to re-selling

YAY EXCITING!! It is pretty scary, but in a good way. Gah, I want a gas stove, too. It's so much easier to cook on and shit doesn't boil over so much.

Good luck on the hunt. Being pre-approved does help a lot because then you know the money is waiting for you. I would say be patient and you'll find the perfect place, but I'm feeling more like Veruca Salt "I want it NOW" right now and you should not take advice from me. XD So, I will just say that I hope you find something awesome that has a vanity large enough to store all your fun makeup. ^_______^

God I miss gas stoves. Everything I've had since living in Michigan has been electric. =/
