1. Hello! I passed the nursing licensure exam in june and started grad school on the same month. I'm studying Clinical Audiology, btw and I'm having a blast helping deaf kids. :D
2. I'm kind of trying to update myself with NEWS and KAT-TUN but not so much. I only get updates when my fandom friends (who are also in facebook) updates and I see it in my newsfeed.
3. Harry Potter, for one. And Big Bang. But kinda not updated in Big Bang too. :)) I have no time /sobs
4. I can't recommend anything because I'm not able to watch anything too. I think we stopped at around the same time? I haven't watched a drama since 2011 too. D:
5. I helped buy and re-pack relief goods yesterday after a program for Deaf Awareness Week. I'm hella tired but happy at the same time. :D

Uhhh...no? :D Although learning sign language is encouraged or advisable, it's not necessarily required. It will certainly make communicating easier but I would like to think I can get through my career without learning it. /stubborn

I've been having a lot more free time lately. I quit my full-time job in September and am now working freelance as a translator.

I still follow NEWS-related comms and whatnot but I've now mostly converted into a K-Pop fan. I used to scoff at K-entertainment in general so it's kind of funny. My group of choice is Super Junior (main bias: vocalist Yesung). Other artists include SHINee, Lunafly, SISTAR, f(x), and I've also been jamming to K.Will and IU lately. I still don't watch many dramas though, Korean or Japanese.

My sister has been telling me to watch Sherlock. I probably should. Although I've always wondered, why do a lot of people in LJ don't like Benedict Cumberbatch? Not as an actor, but as a person. I've just seen a lot of comments insinuating that he's a d-bag, but I never understood why. Sorry if you like him though?

Fabulous idea!

1. Nothing! Just kidding. As you know, I'm in Japan right now, and I'm spending all my non-work time going to JPunk concerts, being broke, and painting my nails. And pretty much enjoying the hell out of life. <3
2. I'm not in fandom anymore, but I do still keep up with NewS in the "I buy their albums and go to their concerts and am in the fanclub" sort of way. Other than that, I'm out. The boys are doing pretty fantastic as a foursome (haha) as suspected and I've been to both tours they've had since losing RyoPi and they are awesome.
3. I have not moved on to another fandom. I just sort of... do other things.
4. Uhhhh.... I don't know any post-2011 dramas off the top of my head. Sorry. I pretty much stopped watching much at about the same time.

5. They're great! Sleepy Hollow is fantasy. Modern-day Sleepy Hollow story with a twist. Check it out. :D Elementary is another modern-day Sherlock, but based in NYC instead of London. Really fantastic.

1. i am graduating college next month! and moving across the country at the end of january...to shack up with my girlfriend. 2. they will have to extract me kicking and screaming, ok. i have succumbed to the younger groups and currently hate myself for falling for illegal little shits (see icon). there have been a lot of je dramas lately, so there's lots to watch. and 4nin kat-tun just rose from the grave so there are a lot of feeilngs going around right now.
