sleep arg!

i need to figure out something to do with my sleeping patterns. it seems like no matter when i go to sleep, i'm dead to the world for a full 12 hours. i've managed to stop needing the ambien, and i've been taking melatonin. i've got about a week and a half left before school starts, and i'd like to have some sort of healthy pattern going on seeing ( Read more... )

exercise helps me get to sleep. when i don't work out at all during the day, i become a grumpy insomniac real fast. it'll also help your appetite and build muscle and increase endorphins. i recommend it highly.

yeah, at this point i think just going for a walk everyday would make a difference. i've been sitting on my ass and reading a lot.

check out the possibility of anemia...

take a b complex...

melatonin should help...

exercise should help...

more vegetables and fruits...

I don't know. Just some thoughts.
