I cut the mango into thirds (around the seed). For the top and bottom thirds, I score the mango in two directions and just dig the fruit out with a spoon. For the middle piece which contains the seed, I just peel off the skin and eat around the seed. What's with all this "making dirty dishes" stuff, hmmmm? ;)

I don't use a plate to eat mango, I just eat it right off of the peel or the seed ... so I don't have to wash anything afterwards except for the spoon and the knife. ^^
