is overrated. The Town of N is a mediocre novel. Why do people insist that just because someone's prose is nearly incoherent its good? Its crap. These things are published by obscure university presses for a reason. Because they suck. They're pointless. They don't tell a story, they paint a picture. If I wanted that, I'd go to an art gallery.
