一飘一飘

Hello there! I think this is a fairly simple grammatical structure that I have forgotten, but I am having trouble figure out the meaning of the phrase 一飘一飘 in the context of "一飘一飘地跳开了霹雳舞..." Thank you!! That seems to make sense. I'm just not sure "floating" and "breakdancing" belong in the same sentence, but... the story had previously stated such oddities as "the sneakers did the moonwalk", so...

Another question, though: what does 没法儿 mean? It seems to be a common expression but I can't figure out what it means.

飘is not the measure word for shoes.
Shoes in a pair - 双. (Pretty sure. )
One shoe - 一只鞋. (Should be, I think...)
