Question about Chinese -> Japanese translation

Hi everyone,

I have a question about Chinese to Japanese translation.

Being born in Japan I can say that kanji and chinese characters sometimes have similar meanings, though not always. But with every language comes the difference in sentence stucture and then there is the added hirigana of japanese. So chances are some of the chinese could be translated but they might not always be able to pull the full meaning of what is being said. That's my opinion at least knowing both mandarin and japanese.
