Well, I'm in Athens, Ga with my son, staying at my daughter's apartment since she was in a nasty car wreck and tomorrow will have her left ulna and radius (The two bones in your forearm) out back together with pins and screws. Remember - no matter how much you want to, no matter how "appealing" it looks, you CANNOT choose for others unless you really, really like Karma (this is like saying "I like putting my genitals on the belt sander at high speed with coarse sandpaper"... no, wait, I'd rather the belt sander than Karma).

And "Suggesting" with force is still choosing for them. Don't forget it.

So far, the only thing I've found says "lots of deep green veggies and calcium (NOT through spinach, which eats the calcium)". You might also make tomato sauce in a cast iron pot to help. If she gets a craving, give into it as best you can.
