a good day

 today was a good day.  i went to see a counselor, the first time in my adult life i have sought the ministrations of a mental health professional.  it's too early to tell if it is going to work, but i have hope.  i am a little concerned that the guy might not be exactly right for the job, but i won't really know until after a few sessions.

If it makes you feel better, they burned the Bummer very spectacularly on Sunday night. And its embers allowed several of us to navigate back to camp from the temple burn in a whiteout!
