Oh what a perfect excuse for a slow, relaxing morning. We all need to recharge once in a while. I don't think we realize how important it is. And believe me, if you plan to have kids someday, you will NEVER have that luxury, so I suggest you enjoy them a bit more often while you can, LOL.

What a lovely description of your day. And I love rain (in moderation). Those lazy mornings are the best - and even with kids you can still slip in a video and buy yourself some time. LOL - just make sure it's a really *good* video!

I am watching a documentary about a group of Nepalese ladies who are climbing Mount Everest and it reminded me of you! Apparently they are the very first team of Nepalese ladies making the trek!

Mmmm. Sleeping in is so hard for me now, since I'm on second shift I feel bad if I sleep in till 6 PM instead of waking up at 3 or something!

But good on you two for being in such awesome shape! I doubt I could run across Newport, let alone in a race!
