dark restaurant

Somewhere in the last few months I read or heard something about a dark restaurant in which people are served by blind waitstaff. Now I don't remember if this actually exists, or if it was only an idea, or maybe a mention in a novel. Very intriguing to contemplate! Anybody know anything about this?
