It's time for a decision. UCSD or Chicago?
I'm not talking about grad school here, this is just a summer REU...but I still can't make a decision and my time is up.

Whoever has the best person you can work with. The bigger or more important the researcher, the more sway letters of recommendation from them will have. If you go with the higher ranked school you also can't go wrong.
