Go on a killing spree. Just climb the watchtower like so many of us have thought of before...Pull out your semi-automatic twin carbine assult rifle and let round after round of steel rain down on unexpectant fools going to market. Or you could try sex lots of it...I make a great personal trainer hehe.

Punching walls is ok at first, but then when all is said and done, you have a bunch of holes you'll need to cover up.

When I get angry, sometimes I vent by driving, going long ways, maybe a little fast, a little dangerous. Sometimes I go a little mad, cackling, feeling like I hold a terrible secret to the world, running around and jumping (yes, do lot of jumping) on a bed or something. Invest in a trampoline, lol. The point is to get rid of all that excess adrenaline.

Toking up isn't going to get rid of the adrenaline, it may even create more moody feelings.

Of course, having some good things happen to you should sidetrack all that hatred. *shrugs*

tombo, can't drive fast here, i'll hit an ice patch and kill myself...driving long distances don't help either, cuz it just gives me more time to think....as well as waste gas...which will piss me off again cuz i'm so stingy.

i dunno. whatever. i bitched out one of my problems, so thats all good....bleh!

Well I wouldn't recommend punching your car's window to vent since I did that yesterday because I locked my keys in and now my hand is bruised. It is on my right hand too it makes eating kind of difficult.

Personally, I find laugther to be the best release for all types of anger/stress related issues. You can achieve that by doing something you enjoy (duh), watch a comedy show or just watch a funny movie. Excercise should help as well since it release endorphins in your brain. That of course doesnt work for long if you're stress issue is still there.
