Today marks my 20th year in the U.S. Time flies. I'm not feeling particularly nostalgic though -- life has a tendency of taking your attention away from deeper thoughts when there are other things that must be tended to OMG RITE NAO. So here's a bullet list of random thoughts, not necessarily related to my bi-decade anniversary:

Sam really enjoys the Economist too. I don't read it as much as I'd like, but I really like the arts section when I get the chance.

I'm in NJ for Thanksgiving -- just lazing about and watching more TV than probably the past month combined.

Anyway, just thought I'd drop in and say hello. I've been trying recently to reach out again to some friends and contacts I've allowed to drift away, and that would include some of my LJ friends. I still have your card from a few years back lying around somewhere and sometimes when I see it it can be a great mood-lifter. Perhaps I could belatedly return the favor if I had your address (although by now it would be rather late - perhaps an apartment-warming card?).
