-have been in a car ! My first! Sometimes I really feel like Jonas (SG-1). It was a really minor rear ending. The worst part was that it took an hour to deal with (we missed two ferries) and poor Zoe was pretty shaken by it. And the ticket that came with it. Ick ( Read more... )

Well, I was only there for a few days. Short stop over on my way up to Michigan. I didn't know you were going to be there this weekend. I guess this shows how much attention I pay to my journal.

None of my phones work in Canada in camp. Not even the canada one :(
I sent an email. Did it go thru? Stupid email.

So I guess I get some interwebing access here in this camp. But I have to wait til the geologist goes away from his shack cause I am using his access.

We saw deer! Three of them, by the side of the road. Luckily they stayed there. I did see a doe and her itty-bitty baby walking along the road in Port Townsend tho. Soooo cute. OMG.

I like Traverse City so far. The 45 min walk between the boat and downtown is a bit excessive but most of it's along the lake and there's a sandy beach and everything! I think I'll be having it pretty good this summer.
