I don't want to jinx it by saying it...(Looking out for our old friend the fuck-up faerie) but yesterday was a pretty (put your word here) day... first of all we found out that our old landlady (the one who evicted us) is now charging 500 dollars for rent, and they're shutting the place down in July, I guess another couple who left like right
