When I saw this game's combat demo, I grinned like an idiot and couldn't wait to pre-order Resonance. I like Tri-Ace and I'm certainly hoping that this gun-fu RPG is as cool as it looks.

While the costume options are impressive, this is a rare thing for most RPGs on both sides of the pacific. We're seeing more customization these days, like Phantasy Star Universe and City of Heroes/ Champions Online and there has been "guest costumers" in games before - The t-shirts in No More Heroes comes to mind here. But it's a big thing here, and along with the gun customization/editing, it should be rather something to behold.

I just hope that the outfits are strictly cosmetic. I'd rather not have Reanbell looking like she just got assaulted by a rabid paris runway because I needed a major boost in her "Gunnery" stat.
