Asthma Sucks
Running in the cold... So much of the Asthma!
I just got an inhalor for this, and I don't think it helps very much. Once I used the inhalor, I got really light headed and my heart was racing in the extreme. I'm still jittery. I'm not even sure it really helped my breathing. I think the side effects are really outweighing the benefits.SUCK -

So I have spent most of today researching labyrinth designs. I am putting a labyrinth out by the stone circle during the woods trip I'm leading. So I designed my own labyrinth!
